What is a reefer container?

The “PTI-OK” status for the aggregate ensures that the container has passed the Pre-Trip Inspection, meeting necessary standards. Additionally, adherence to HACCP guidelines ensures the container’s suitability for handling food and pharmaceuticals.

Rent or buy reefer container?

The biggest advantage of container rental is the lasting liquidity, as there are no high acquisition costs when purchasing the container. On the other hand, if you buy a container, you have no ongoing costs due to the rental. You should always consider the duration of use: Renting is often more worthwhile, especially for seasonal business, as the reefer container is only needed and used for a certain period of time.
